Frequently asked questions

We sell products to B2C and B2B. Both a (professional) do-it-yourself person and an (industrial) company can contact us for the necessary products.

You can order as follows:

     Step 1: Select the desired products and click on [Add to cart] to place the item in your shopping cart.

     Step 2: Check the shopping cart. Is it correct?

     Step 3: Log in or create an account. Already logged in? Then we skip this step.

     Step 4: Enter the correct billing information and the desired payment and delivery method: shipping or collection at our warehouse.

     Step 5: Check your order details and click [Confirm Order].

     Step 6: After ordering you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and an expected delivery date.

If you have chosen delivery and your order weighs less than 70kg, you will receive an email from our transport distributor with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your order.

    Step 7: Comments or questions? Please fill out the contact form that appears at checkout

Is your desired product out of stock? Our products remain on order at all times. After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email where you can expect your order within 8-15 business days, depending on the product.

As soon as you have placed an order, we will immediately start processing it.

This makes it impossible to change or cancel an order. We recommend that you check that all details are filled in correctly before completing the order.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then start processing your order and you will receive an order confirmation within 1-2 business days. This order confirmation contains the order number and an overview of the products ordered.

When the order is ready for shipment you will receive a third email containing the sales slip. This order form contains the order number and an overview of the products ordered. If you have chosen delivery and your order weighs less than 70kg, you will receive an email from our transport distributor with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your order.

Once the order is on its way, we will also send you the invoice by email.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order. If your order is in stock and you place it before 12:00 noon, it will be delivered within 2 working days in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

For deliveries outside these countries, but within Europe, the delivery time depends on the transport distributor.

When the order has been shipped or picked up, you will receive an invoice from us by email.

All prices in our webshop include 21% VAT but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order.
