Frequently asked questions
Merofix pays the greatest attention to the quality of its products and the shipping thereof. If your order is damaged during transport OR you receive the wrong product, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal with us. You can return the products you have purchased to us in undamaged and original packaging.
If there is no damage or error to the order due to our actions, the transport costs are at your own expense.
When returning the order, it will be checked for damage in our warehouse. If the item is returned undamaged, your money will be refunded to the relevant account on the sales slip within 3 working days.
