Frequently asked questions
When placing an order you will see the shipping costs during payment. These depend on the destination and the total weight of the order.
Yes, we ship internationally. We currently ship to the following countries within Europe:
Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.
Delivery to countries outside* the European Union is also possible. Please contact customer service.
Please note: any additional customs formalities and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
It is not possible to choose a delivery time yourself.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order. We only deliver on working days. If your order is in stock and you place it before 12:00 noon, it will be delivered within 2 working days in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
For deliveries outside these countries, but within Europe, the delivery time depends on the transport distributor.
As soon as you have placed an order, we will immediately start processing it. It is therefore not possible to cancel your order.
However, it is possible to return your products. For detailed information about our return policy and procedure, please find the necessary details at [returns and exchanges].
To reduce our ecological footprint, we recommend that you collect your order from our warehouse if possible. You can select the [collection] option when checking out your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a second email with a sales slip. Please bring this sales slip with you when you collect your order.

Collection
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided within a short period of time. This confirmation contains the order number, an overview of the products ordered and the invoice details.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a second email with a sales slip. Please bring this sales slip with you when you collect your order.

Dispatch
If you choose shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with an order form at the email address you provided after ordering. This order form contains the order number and an overview of the products ordered.
When the order is ready for shipment you will receive a second email containing the sales slip. If you have chosen delivery and your order weighs less than 70kg, you will receive an email from our transport distributor with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your order.
Once the order is on its way, we will also send you the invoice by email.
